If you would like to return your student's instrument, please give us a call at (920)923-1925 or email us at [email protected]. Once you have informed us of your decision, you may either leave the instrument with the student's band director at school along with a rental return form or return the instrument to our store once the school year is complete.
If you will be leaving the instrument with the band director at school, we ask that you go to our website and follow the Rental Return link to print out a return form. Any instruments left at school without the proper notification will be charged the monthly rate until we are notified.
Once an instrument is returned, the contract is ended and no further autopays will be withdrawn.
