Mike's Music and Sound Return Policy

Mike's Music and Sound proudly offers a 30 day return policy on most items (please see below for exceptions). If you are not completely satisfied, simply call or e-mail us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number and instructions. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

All returns are subject to inspection. At our discretion, we may charge a restocking fee of 20% for items received with marks, scratches or damage, or for items missing the original packaging, literature, warranty card or other accessories.

Received a Defective item?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will be more than happy to provide a replacement item, store credit or refund. Simply contact us within 30 days to obtain a return authorization number and instructions to return it at our cost. If it's been more than 30 days and you need assistance with a manufacturer's warranty, we’ll be glad to help get you in contact with the manufacturer.

The following items carry a 14 day return policy: cymbals, recording and live sound devices, signal processors, keyboards, speakers and monitors, electronic drumsets and modules, amplifiers and cabinets, samplers and sequencers, DJ equipment, tuners, all stringed instruments including guitars, basses, banjos, violins, violas, cellos, and basses, and other items left to our discretion.

All returns are subject to inspection. At our discretion, we may charge a restocking fee of 20% for items received with marks, scratches, damage or for items missing the original packaging.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit refund to appear on your statement.

Many of our items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If you are returning, be careful not to send the product back to the manufacturer by mistake. Returns of special order merchandise and drop-ship items may be subject to manufacturers' restocking fees.

(Due to copyright issues, health issues and obviously-used issues, we cannot accept returns on software, harmonicas, videos, books, drumsticks, drumheads, pickups, raw frame speakers, mouth-blown instruments, mouthpieces, earplugs, in-ear monitors, and close proximity hand-held vocal microphones.)

Note: This return authorization will be cancelled if your item is not returned within 30 days of receipt of this email. If this return is part of an exchange and the item is not returned within 30 days of receipt of this email, you WILL be charged for both the original and replacement items.
